Wowsers, this thing is packed with a powerful motor. I’ve never felt something so powerful in that size and battery operated. Size-wise the toy is fine – maybe not for a first-timer but anyone with experience will be fine. I’m not completely sold on the screw-style ridges below the bulb, I found them more discomforting than helpful. I’m also not sold on the charger port location, I feel like this could’ve been engineered to fit right at the very bottom end and not in the insert-able part. It’s supposed to waterproof, but I don’t feel it’s a guarantee with the placement. One place I feel it most lacking for all of the Lovense products is their app. There needs to be a better way to tie a device to the app or multiple apps – as most people are using them with a partner. This device consistently had issues getting recognized and associated with my app and even gave me an error stating that too many devices were associated with the toy – mine was the only app ever connected to it so I’m not sure how 1 can ever be the max. Most times if you walked away or tuned off Bluetooth, the app would clear out the toys and you would have re-associate it with the device again. There has to be a better way of associating a device and then only becoming dis-associated when it is manually removed. The app does have nice features once it actually connects – like creating new patterns, saving patterns, finding ones other users have created, pulsing in rhythm to music played on your device, or pulsating to mic inputs on your device. Overall, a powerful and pretty good toy, but with a couple tweaks to the app could be awesome.

The product doesn’t work as advertised. I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchase. The first time I used it, it was glitchy, The second time was terrible. I did some troubleshooting and decided it was just defective. So I emailed customer service. Two days later, they emailed back wanting to know what kind of phone I had, what kind of operating system, what version of the app I was using, what my email address was and the dadgum serial number from the box it came in!!!! Thank goodness I hadn’t taken out the trash yet! They also wanted to know if it was defective when not connected to the app which…yes, it was. It would work intermittently. I responded to the email saying such. Two days later I get a response asking for a heckin video to prove it doesn’t work.I was understanding at first. Things happen. But I shouldn’t have to jump through so many hoops when paying this much for a defective product.Not a fan of the swirly bumps around the bottom either. Allegedly they trap lube. In reality, they just cause irritation.

I was unsure on this just because you never no on certain itemsThis is a very very good brand no quality issues at all app works great and can use with out stand alone and it is easy to clean absolutely 💕 it it is no joke to get in but once there enjoy be safe and careful not really a beginner but you won’t want to take it out 🥴🥴
I love how easy the product does not overwhelm yourself but compared to the domi wand it is not strong in vibrations, very discreet. The spiral can be difficult to clean but I’d an awesome piece to have
