The Wardrobe Refresh

Different silhouettes, one palette per pack. For when the drawer has gone stale.

If you wear lingerie regularly rather than occasionally, the problem is not owning any — it is owning four versions of the same thing. Drawers go stale by accretion: you buy what worked last time, and last time, and last time. These packs are built the other way round, as genuinely different silhouettes that happen to share a palette.

Why these pieces

We picked for contrast of shape, not coordination of it — a set, a teddy, a chemise and hosiery do fundamentally different things and photograph differently, so a rotation built from them does not read as repetition. Holding each pack to one palette is what stops that variety becoming chaos: the pieces mix across each other, so four items behave like considerably more than four looks. The monochrome pack leans hard on 2025 and 2026 arrivals, because "stale" is the actual problem it solves.

Who it is for

For anyone who wears this stuff often — and for whom "I have nothing new" is a real and recurring problem rather than a figure of speech.

How this capsule is put together

  • Options, not a locked set. Each capsule comes as several packs in different palettes, and every pack shows more than one choice per slot — with the rest of the range one click below it. Take a whole pack, take two pieces from it, or use it as a starting point and keep browsing. Nothing here is sold as an all-or-nothing box.
  • Extended sizes are a pack, not an afterthought. Every capsule here has one, built from pieces that are cut at the size rather than graded up from a smaller one. The average US womenswear size is 16 to 18, so this is not a niche being accommodated — it is most people, and most lingerie ranges still treat it as an edge case. Several of these packs run to eight size options, which is wider than their straight-size equivalents.
  • Picked by hand, not by algorithm. Someone chose these pieces and put them next to each other. We tried generating capsules automatically first; it produced technically-correct sets that no one would want, so we stopped.
  • A palette, not just a colour. Each pack sits in one family with a considered accent — black with metallics, red through burgundy, ivory with nude. Shades vary between fabrics and brands, which reads as intentional; it is mismatched families that look like a mistake.
  • Sizes that can actually be matched. Every item is One Size Fits Most or offered in four or more sizes, so you can take your usual size across the set instead of compromising on one piece.
  • In stock today. Nothing here is a backorder, and if a piece sells out it drops off this page rather than sitting here unavailable.
  • Nothing padded. Where the range genuinely does not have a coordinating piece, the capsule is shorter. We would rather show you four things that work than six that do not.

Common questions

Will the pieces in a pack match exactly?
Close, but not identical — dye lots and fabrics differ, so a satin black and a lace black will not be the same black. That is normal for lingerie and reads as intentional. It is mismatched colour families that look like an accident, which is what the packs are built to avoid.
Which pack if I already own a lot of black?
Jewel tones. It is the one that changes what the drawer looks like rather than adding to what is already there.
Is this too much if I am starting out?
Probably. These are built for rotation, so they assume you already know what you like. If you are buying your first pieces, the First Lingerie Capsule is the better starting point.
