Frequently asked Questions
We strive to ship all orders received before 2:30 pm Eastern Time on the same day. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or Fed Ex Express Saver unless other arrangements are requested. The customer is responsible for all freight charges, insurance, and handling charges.
Orders are processed as they are received, with most orders shipping within 1 Business Day from our fulfillment warehouse in Colorado, USA. Orders placed on the weekends after the Friday 2:30 pm cutoff are typically shipped the following Monday.
Holiday Shipping – Although most orders only take 2 to 3 days to deliver in the Continental US, to ensure your order arrives before Christmas, please place that order by 2:30 pm ET on December 15th, otherwise you’ll need expedited shipping.
Adult products are generally not returnable due to their nature. Products with manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days from receipt. Contact us regarding a replacement or return. All returns require a return authorization number.

We ship internationally. However we cannot ship to countries on the international sanctions list.

We make every effort to process all items in a single shipment. If by any chance we require more than one shipment, you will be notified in advance.
