Too big for me and weigh the same as the minis. I wish they came in heavier weights bc these are so big it’s uncomfortable
Simple instructions, easy to use. Kegel exercises occur baturally with these. Can use different combinations to find the weight and size for you, and allows one to gradually build up strength in the pelvic floor.

The balls seem too light to be effective. I haven’t noticed any change or soreness and I have never used a kegel product before. But I was very happy with the quality of the item, so I’ll keep trying them out.

Did not feel like anything was there. Not sure if I was suppose to feel them or not. Not sure how it’s suppose to help with strengthening anything down there.
