I really like these. They’re comfortable and you don’t really notice your wearing them. I wore them out to run errands and they weren’t uncomfortable at all.

I would recommend using lube with these Luna Beads because they are bigger than you think they are. The jiggling takes some getting used to and if you have bladder problems they make you sensitive in the bathroom. I would recommend to use every now and then but not all the time.
I received these yesterday they are great. They are not too big once they are in. The vibration sensation given off by them at times is amazing. You can really feel them working too. I just popped them in and went about my busy day and took them out while I was at the store. It was easy to wash them off put them in the nice little black bag it came with and into the purse. They are great for women who don’t have the time to sit and do exercise. I highly recommend them.

So, I’ve been using, cleaning, and maintaining these intermittently since 2013. I have not dealt with any staining, bacteria, or break down in this product. I simply follow instructions, and clean them routinely.For a couple of years I wasn’t sure if they were helping with tone at all, I had one son, and felt self-conscious about tightness and muscle control after childbirth, so I spoke with my doctor and she recommended kegels. I was single and chose to remain celibate from 2013, all the way up until my honeymoon with my new husband this past week, and let me say. THESE WORK.They work so well in fact, that my “big O” happened, freely, and fairly effortlessly, and he commented on the tightness (something that I didn’t even experience BEFORE having my son a few years ago).I know it may seem like a fluke, or like not having sex for awhile was what helped with these awesome sensations that made my honeymoon one to remember, but truthfully I KNOW it was kegels and using these beads to learn how to properly grip/clench/hold. I would recommend this for any woman who is feeling self-conscious or just looking to increase her or her partners pleasure.When wearing them – I don’t experience the pleasing sensations or arousal some women discuss, but they are noticeable and helpful. When I wore them at first – even for short periods of time, I would always feel like I had been doing crunches due to low-abdominal muscles soreness (a sure sign it’s working!)
