Product I received originally never worked. Customer service was very prompt and friendly and they followed through on commitments. Got a replacement and this thing works like a charm. Highly recommended.
Quite dangerous, the magnetic USB charger became very hot to the point of almost melting the plastic and ruining the magnetic connection. This was only the second time charging it. So failed almost immediately
After reading up on the product, technology and customer reviews I knew that this is one more toy that I had to have. The product was delivered yesterday and to my surprise the product box was open and looked to have been kicked around. Inside the box was equipment that looked like it was picked up off the retail shelf and thrown into its original box from last year. Made me nervous.The product itself was a huge disappointment. It was completely opposite from other user reviews. It felt good at first, the vibration was good but not as strong as I had thought. After a couple minutes I went flaccid. I played around with the different settings which did nothing at all for me. One more try, add lube! Nope, made it less enjoyable as before and I ended up making a lube mess. Lube was a definite not for me.I basically paid $150 for a toy that lead me to believe it would get me off, and it did not come close. Super upset and disappointed. $150 for something I’ll never use again. Didn’t work
