The hardest lingerie purchase is the first one, because nothing you own gives you a reference point. You are guessing at fit, guessing at how bold you want to be, and guessing whether the thing that looked good on a model will look good on you. These packs remove two of those three guesses.

• Picked by hand, not by algorithm. Someone chose these pieces and put them next to each other. We tried generating capsules automatically first; it produced technically-correct sets that no one would want, so we stopped.
• A palette, not just a colour. Each pack sits in one family with a considered accent — black with metallics, red through burgundy, ivory with nude. Shades vary between fabrics and brands, which reads as intentional; it is mismatched families that look like a mistake.
