Amazing customer service experience
The initial product arrived and the outer vibration area did not function with the remote. Cheryl at customer support answered my email promptly and arranged for another remote. It arrived within 48 hours, but unfortunately did not solve the issue. Cheryl arranged for the entire unit to be replaced and it also arrived within 48 hours. This unit works 100% as advertised. My fiance and I love it. Thank you Cheryl at Hot Octopuss for the amazing customer experience.

Good
It’s built quite well but not light. It’s a bit heavy however doesn’t need to be held. My partner and I have used it twice and really enjoyed it because while it was working we could totally focus on each other. The only thing that made me hesitated to buy this product was the price of it. 150 bucks for a toy was a little expensive for us. But now we think it’s worth it.

Das Produkt hat super funktioniert und Spaß gemacht, bis der Akku leer wurde. Erst lässt sich das Gerät schon schlecht laden, wegen des schwachen Magneten am Ladekabel. Dann lässt es sich nach dem Vollladen leider nicht mehr Anschalten. In dieser Version nicht zu empfehlen.
