I have ors and pfd. These arrived fast and are just perfect. Started with one bead now using two lighter ones. Can tell they are helping with strengthening my pelvic floor. Easy to clean and assemble into harness. Were cheaper than some other options too.

A little large
These are on the large side, I would recommend using the personal moisturizer that comes in the box. I started with the one pink ball but I am not able to keep in both of the blue balls for several hours during my daily activities. I have not had the guts to wear them during my workouts, but I have worn them while riding a bike without problems. I recommend these, I do think they have been helpful. I can feel the balls moving around and make sudden stops. If you have cramps, try emptying your bladder or removing them to give you body a break. They also feel great while using the LELO medium magic wand.

Fantastic fun!
I gave these to my girlfriend for Christmas and she loves them! It says start with just one of the lighter balls, and a little bit doubtfully, she did. She couldn’t stop giggling for hours. The looks on her face were priceless. Again, that’s just with one of the lighter balls. Bang for the buck, they are fantastic. Judging by her reactions, I think every girl should have them. I cant wait to have her wear them in public ;D

Nice design, don’t work for me
I bought these so I could add womanly exercises to my routine. I have not had children so I bought the mini beads, which are too big for me. They require no effort to stay in, in fact they ride up and stay there. I love the design and the vibrations caused by the clicking, but there’s really no point for me to have them in.
