Disappointed: extremely difficult to charge and doesn’t work
I wish I could give this 0 stars. The magnetic charging function for this vibrator is way too finicky. The charger and device have to both be in the right position and angle, which takes effort. Despite leaving it to charge overnight and during the daytime, and the device showing that it was fully charged, I couldn’t get it to work. This item is not returnable; however, after calling Amazon’s customer service, I was able to get a refund. If I hadn’t, I would have been very upset. Since then, I’ve tried a few times to charge it and see if it works, but no luck! It’s possible that the problem just this particular one. Still, the device is so difficult to get charged, that I don’t recommend it. This is just trash!

Won’t charge so I can’t try it out.
I received the product and I connected it to the charger that night. There are two contacts on the product and a charger that magnetically connects. The product has a blinking light when it’s charging and the light stops blinking when it is supposedly charged. I have had it connected for 36 hours and when I check it, the light will not be blinking. I can pick it up and try to turn it on and nothing happens. The charger goes back on, this is an extremely inefficient way to charge a product, and it blinks for a while. I am currently trying to find out if I can return it after opening the box. Never used, but it’s no longer sealed.
