perfect
I have ors and pfd. These arrived fast and are just perfect. Started with one bead now using two lighter ones. Can tell they are helping with strengthening my pelvic floor. Easy to clean and assemble into harness. Were cheaper than some other options too.

A little large
These are on the large side, I would recommend using the personal moisturizer that comes in the box. I started with the one pink ball but I am not able to keep in both of the blue balls for several hours during my daily activities. I have not had the guts to wear them during my workouts, but I have worn them while riding a bike without problems. I recommend these, I do think they have been helpful. I can feel the balls moving around and make sudden stops. If you have cramps, try emptying your bladder or removing them to give you body a break. They also feel great while using the LELO medium magic wand.

NOT USEFUL FOR YOUNGER WOMEN
I bought these after reading all the reviews in the hopes that they’d be a better alternative to the small, metal, ben wai balls. Another reviewer said it best with, “these are about as hard to keep in as a tampon.” SERIOUSLY!! They’re BIG and I started out with both heavy blue balls in. Did some jumping jacks, squats, etc. Looked pretty ridiculous actually. I could even use the restroom with these in and they didn’t budge. I would not recommend these to women who have had no children as a viable kegal exerciser.HOWEVER!!!!!!!! I did put these in for an entire day at work (took out a couple times for cleaning of course!) and it did a great job of getting me excited to see my significant other. Not only that, it was THE BEST ORGASM I’VE EVER HAD when I had sex with these in. So while they’re pretty worthless as an exerciser, it makes up for it as a toy.
