Returns & Exchanges
- General Eligibility: Most new, unused items can be returned within 90 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- Adult Products:
For health and safety reasons, adult products can only be returned if the shipping seal is unbroken and the item remains unopened.
If you decide to return an unopened item, simply write “Return to Sender” on the package and return it using your preferred shipping method. You do not need an RMA in this case, but we recommend obtaining tracking. - Condition Requirements: Items returned for refund must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and all manufacturer components.
- RMA Requests:
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please submit an RMA request through our support page.
- We may request photos or additional documentation to process your return.
- A return label will be provided if the issue is confirmed to be our error or a product defect.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. We do not offer exchanges—please place a new order for replacement items.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective merchandise.
- Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable for non-defective returns.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise noted.
Warranty & Manufacturer Responsibility
All products sold by Phareros are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
If your item is defective or fails prematurely, the manufacturer should be your first point of contact. Most manufacturers will offer a free replacement or repair under warranty.
If the manufacturer approves a return or exchange and requests the item be returned, we will assist in processing an RMA.
Shipping
We ship worldwide, with free standard shipping in the US with orders over $49. Items will be sent via US Mail, Fedex, or UPS. Most Items ship in 1 to 2 business days. You will be notified when your order ships.
International Orders – Customs & Duties
Customers outside the United States are responsible for all customs duties, VAT/GST, import taxes, brokerage charges, and any additional shipping or handling fees imposed by your local government or courier. These charges are not included at checkout and must be paid upon delivery.
Phareros is not liable for delivery delays or refusal due to unpaid customs charges.
