I have ordered this several times over the last few years. It works wonderfully, for years honestly. It does eventually start to wear out, either the material on the outside, or the motor on the inside. I call it my go to, and when we travel it's the toy of choice I bring. I bought this as a way to break into using toys during sex with my girlfriend. So far, it has held up well to everything we have thrown at it. The coating is soft and consistent and the vibration ranges from good to powerful. The shape and color are nonthreatening and I think the Velvet touch 7 inch romantic pink vibrator is a good way to integrate vibrators into sex or for personal use without feeling overwhelmed by features, size, or shape. I would recommend it to others.
I thought it was great! Good for external and internal stimulation. Has adjustable speed/strength, so you can make it fit your needs for the moment. We used this every night or two for six months. We had to change out the batteries a couple times - the batteries do die quickly once they start to go. Mine got corroded from leaving the batteries in while in storage. Still worked great though! Made of a nice smooth rubbery material, that is comfortable to use and easy to clean with soap and water. We only stopped using it because we lost it in our house somewhere. After 60 the reality of getting older and performance comes into play for a husband and his spouse.We have been married for over 40 years and unlike our earlier years 50's and back, you can use a little help.This does what it says and is much gentler then the #34 Pocket Rocket. I bought them both from Amazon.The Rocket was a backup device. *Please note for the Velvet Touch you have to put the battery top on and screw it on as tight as you can, otherwise the battery won't connect. I initially thought I had a defective until the draw that I keep it in started vibrating. So make sure you follow the directions on inserting the batteries and putting the cap on very tight exactly. The unit turns on with degree of power as you turn the head of the battery cap. My spouse prefers this to The Rocket, but both work. This was a good investment. It worked amazingly for the price. I do have two problems, though. The first; The battery cover cracked within my second month of having it. I was screwing it shut and *snap*! It cracked. So I couldn't use it in the bath/shower anymore, which was fine. And after about six months, it pooped out on me. The vibrations were no more powerful than my phone. But what do you expect for the price? It was beyond amazing for the $8 I payed for it, and I couldn't have been happier with it!
When I first turned this on, I was concerned about the noise it made... but when it's being used, it's just a soft whisper. I had someone walk into the room while I was using it (whooops!) and they didn't even realize what they interrupted. It's not as strong as some I've used, but it does the job quite nicely. When I bought this toy two years ago, I had tried to have sex twice, both times failing because it seemed like my vagina was too small, and then the guy I was with dumped me. So I bought this, and it ended up being a really good idea. The tapered and slim shape makes it easier to fit in one's vagina than an actual penis, and it's very simple and non-threatening. Once I established that I could fit it in comfortably I didn't use it much. But lately, since I've been dealing with a breakup, I've been using it every night for the past three months and it's still going strong two years after I bought it (well, I did have to change the battery once, but aside from that...). This is the second of this vibrator I've order for my girlfriend, and it's pretty damn perfect. It works not only as a stay home toy, but is easy to travel with and quite versatile. It's water proof (at least as far as we've found) and can be washed quickly and easily before and after play with dish soap or an antibacterial hand soap (even the kind with moisturizers). The variable speed knob on the end is amazing for whatever you want it for, and it's quite discreet and easy to store. What can I say? This is a good one, doesn't fail in a short period of time, has a nice, velvety texture, and still works after hitting the floor several times. I can go hours with this, when necessary, and it's a gorgeous shade of rose. Oh, and the screw cap is nice and sturdy (not cheesy & cheap). This brand/model is a repeat purchase, after my light purple one bit the dust - but it lasted a couple of years, before doing so.. :-)

Don't buy this - not worth the money. The item I received wasn't what was advertised. Doesn't take batteries and doesn't even vibrate. Can't return and no refunds.
This was my first sex toy ever and it was the best one! I've had it for over a year now and still get excited about using it! what I loved most was that it is waterproof and you can use it the bath tub, which is why I love it even more!!!
I ordered this because i have been using the same vibrator for about a year, and when it worked it was fantastic. Unfortunately, the cap broke, so I ordered this new one as a replacement. When I started using it, the vibrations were definitely less powerful and the speed would spike every few minutes and then drop to almost nonexistent. Just now, it has completely stopped working. This is a really big bummer, because not only have I been left out to dry, but I paid the money for what I thought would be an awesome vibrator, only to get totally gypped. :-( 9 people found this helpful
For the price, this vibe is PERFECT! Gets the job done very well.Has easy-to-control settings from "not-so-noticable" to very intense. The outside is firmer than I imagined, actually, it's more like a silky, hard plastic, so lube is a much with it.Overall, I'm impressed.
Broke this out randomly to surprise the girlfriend one session and yea it’s pretty fun! Both of our first toy and am not disappointed about size, shape, feel, and operation. Good first toy for us.
Exciting to use on the wife, but no different than any other vibrator. I was glad to see it arrive in a sealed package after reading many reviews that said it didn't. Worth the few bucks I spent on it.
It's what you would expect from a standard vibrator. It is smooth, but if you're not naturally very lubricated you might need some of the artificial kind. Also, it's very very powerful. The lowest speed is strong and the highest is a little scarey lol. 30 people found this helpful
