I agree with a few of the reviews I read about the area where the charging area goes into the vagina and is supposed to be easy to clean and water-resistant. After 3 uses, the charging plug looks like it burned up and will no longer charge the Lush 2. I ordered 2 more usb charging cords.This product itself won’t charge. I read the refund policy before ordering, as it had a 1 year warranty. When I started the replacement/refund option through this seller, it says it can’t be refunded or replaced as it has a battery.My advise is to purchase this directly from the Lovense website that way the return/refund policy doesn’t change per seller. 4 people found this helpful

i made the mistake of buying this a month before my vacation when I returned, opened my packages and tried this out today it wouldn’t even connect after downloading extensions for use. Waste of money. Buy a FLAMINGO instead. Support is rarely helpful as well. Never again 2 people found this helpful
