Worked perfectly first time we used it. Tried to use a second time and kept loosing connection 1 min after connecting. One person found this helpful
I was really excited for this toy but it broke after 5 seconds of turning it on. Not even lying. It turned on for five second and then just died. When I tried charging it the indicator light wouldn’t even turn on. I’m honestly really disappointed. I didn’t even get to try the product once before it broke. I contacted customer support though and they were fast in responding. Hopefully I’ll get a replacement soon that actually works One person found this helpful

I love it. It's very powerful and the app works well. You can video chat once you give your partner control of it and it's not hard to figure out how to use. The app video microphone is quieter for the toy holder than the controller. 10/10 would buy again and also would buy other toys by this brand. DO NOT I repeat DO NOTTTT buy the Lush 2 ! If you’re going to go for one, make sure you get the new and updated Lush 3 !!!! The tail and the charging port on the 2 literally made my brand new 2 bust 3 days after getting it.... I’ve had NO issues with the Lush 3, the tail is such a better fit and the new charging port is AMAZING !!!
