Achieving the perfect application is all about preparation. To ensure the adhesive stays put through a long night of dancing, make sure your skin is clean, dry, and free of any oils or lotions. Applying even a small amount of moisturizer or body oil can create a barrier that prevents the adhesive from grabbing, leading to premature peeling. Think of your skin preparation like priming a canvas before you start painting; a clean surface is the secret to a long-lasting masterpiece. If you are planning to pair these with body paint, remember to let your decorative pigments dry completely before applying the pasties to avoid any messy "accidents" or unintended smearing. When it comes to care, treat these pasties with the same respect you would give any delicate piece of art. While the design is rugged and urban, the adhesive and neon pigments require gentle handling. To maintain the integrity of the neon glow and the strength of the medical-grade adhesive, avoid submerging them in heavy oils or harsh chemicals that could degrade the material. If you find yourself using various body products or even edible paints for a more immersive sensory experience, always ensure the area is wiped clean and dried thoroughly before re-applying the pasties. This simple step ensures the "stick" remains reliable and your look stays flawless from the first beat of the music to the final encore. Embrace your inner artist and let your style run wild with this neon-soaked accessory.
