The Packer Gear Ultra Soft Silicone STP is engineered to bridge the gap between aesthetic realism and practical utility, featuring a hollow shaft and wide opening designed for seamless STP use. Unlike standard packers, this piece integrates naturally into your preferred harness, moving with your body rather than against it—letting you navigate any environment with comfort and discretion. #### Key Features - Innovative Stand-to-Pee (STP) design with hollow shaft and wide opening - Premium ultra-soft silicone construction—pliable, flexible, and lifelike - Phthalate-free, hypoallergenic, and unscented for sensitive skin - Fully waterproof and easy to clean - Realistic skin texture for seamless all-day wear - Proudly made in the United States - Backed by a 1-year warranty The magic of this design lies in its material science. High-quality silicone mimics the natural movement of skin, flexing and breathing with your body. This exceptional softness—the hallmark of premium construction—eliminates the friction or "tackiness" of lesser materials, reducing any sensation of a foreign object. The smooth, supple surface pairs perfectly with any harness that provides secure support, ensuring weight distributes evenly throughout your day without shifting. Maintaining your gear preserves both integrity and longevity. Always clean with mild, unscented soap and warm water before and after use. For deeper sanitization, spray with a Universal Toy Cleaner. Since the hollow shaft design requires extra attention, ensure no residue remains inside after use. The one critical rule: use water-based lubricant only. Silicone-based products chemically degrade the material—avoid them entirely. Proper care keeps the silicone smooth, soft, and safe for your most intimate moments. Confidence begins with gear engineered for your reality. An STP (Stand-to-Pee) packer features a hollow shaft and wide opening, allowing you to urinate while standing—a functionality standard packers cannot provide. The Packer Gear Ultra Soft Silicone STP combines both aesthetic realism and practical utility in one piece of gear. ##### What harness should I use with this packer? Any quality harness that provides secure, snug support will work well. Look for one that holds the packer firmly against your anatomy to prevent shifting during movement and ensure even weight distribution. The ultra-soft silicone flexes naturally, so choose a harness with a secure base rather than adjustable straps that might loosen throughout the day. ##### Can I use silicone-based lubricant with this product? No. Silicone-based lubricants chemically react with silicone materials and will degrade the packer over time. Always use a high-quality water-based lubricant to maintain the soft, supple texture and integrity of the material. ##### How do I properly clean and maintain the hollow shaft? After every use, wash thoroughly with mild, unscented soap and warm water, paying close attention to the wide opening and hollow interior to ensure no residue remains. For deeper cleaning, spray with a Universal Toy Cleaner. The waterproof, phthalate-free silicone makes it incredibly easy to sanitize. Proper care ensures the material remains smooth and safe for sensitive skin. ## Similar products - [Packer Gear 5" Ultra Soft Silicone STP - Black](https://phareros.com/product/packer-gear-5-ultra-soft-silicone-stp-black/) — $26.59 (was $37.99) - [Packer Gear STP Packer](https://phareros.com/product/packer-gear-stp-packer/) — $13.99 – $15.39 - [Packer Gear 5" Silicone Packing Penis](https://phareros.com/product/packer-gear-5-silicone-packing-penis/) — $23.09 (was $32.99) - [Packer Gear 5" Packing Penis](https://phareros.com/product/packer-gear-5-packing-penis/) — $11.89 (was $16.99) - [Packer Gear Jock Strap XL/2XL - Black](https://phareros.com/product/packer-gear-jock-strap-xl-2xl-black/) — $20.99 (was $29.99) --- ## Buying from Phareros Free US shipping on orders over $49.
