opened the box, plugged item in to charge. red charging light does not light up. left it plugged in over night, tried turning item on the next day and did not work

My partner and I are very impressed with the long distance bluetooth. very comfortable for long term wear, easy to clean and the battery lasts long. Highly recommend for long distance relationships.
