Before introducing this device, discuss with your partner to ensure enthusiasm about the new sensations. Some find increased thickness particularly stimulating, while others prefer a gradual introduction to the new dimensions. Focus on steady, rhythmic movement and pay attention to comfort signals from both partners. The snug ball strap is engineered for support but should remain comfortable—adjust placement if you experience any discomfort or loss of sensation. Proper care ensures lasting enjoyment of your TPE device. Wash thoroughly after each use with warm water and mild, unscented soap or dedicated toy cleaner. Allow complete drying before storage to prevent material degradation. Use water-based lubricant exclusively—silicone-based formulas chemically react with TPE and can damage the surface. Store separately from other silicone or TPE products to prevent interaction. With thoughtful maintenance, this extension becomes a reliable companion for exploring new heights of intimacy. The integrated ball strap works similarly to a traditional cock ring, providing gentle compression around the base that can help stabilize blood flow and support erection firmness. This snug tension may also help delay ejaculation, allowing for longer-lasting, more satisfying encounters for both partners. ##### Is this extension comfortable for extended wear? The super-stretchy TPE material is designed to flex and move with your body, making it comfortable for most users. The ball strap should fit snugly but not painfully—if you experience discomfort or numbness, adjust the positioning. Start with shorter sessions and gradually increase duration as you acclimate to the sensation. ##### Can I use silicone-based lubricants with this product? No—avoid silicone-based lubricants entirely. TPE material is chemically reactive with silicone and will become tacky, damaged, or degraded. Always use water-based lubricants to protect both the toy and your skin while ensuring smooth, friction-free play. ##### How do I know what size will fit properly? The super-stretchy material is engineered to accommodate most sizes comfortably. The ball strap provides a range of tension adjustment. If you're concerned about fit, start with proper cleaning and lubrication, then insert gradually. If discomfort persists, it may not be the right fit for your body—discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider if needed. ## Similar products - [Fantasy X-tensions Mega 2″ Extension](https://phareros.com/product/fantasy-x-tensions-mega-2-extension/) — $50.00 (was $55.00) - [Fantasy X-tensions Mega 3″ Extension](https://phareros.com/product/fantasy-x-tensions-mega-3-extension/) — $54.00 (was $60.00) - [Fantasy X-tensions Perfect 1" Extension - Flesh](https://phareros.com/product/fantasy-x-tensions-perfect-1-extension-flesh/) — $36.00 (was $40.00) - [Fantasy X-tensions Perfect 2" Extension - Flesh](https://phareros.com/product/fantasy-x-tensions-perfect-2-extension-flesh/) — $40.00 (was $44.00) - [Fantasy X-tensions Perfect 3" Extension - Flesh](https://phareros.com/product/fantasy-x-tensions-perfect-3-extension-flesh/) — $42.00 --- ## Buying from Phareros Free US shipping on orders over $49.
