Using a penis enhancer is all about communication and exploration. While adding extra length or girth can be an exciting way to vary your sexual repertoire, it is always a good idea to check in with your partner first to ensure they are enthusiastic about the added sensation. Because this sleeve features a removable extender, you have the flexibility to adjust the depth of penetration to suit your partner's comfort level. The included flexible ball strap helps keep the device securely in place by wrapping around the base, which can also assist in maintaining harder erections for longer durations.

To ensure your Fantasy X-tensions Elite remains in top condition, proper care is essential. Since the sleeve is made from high-quality silicone, it is incredibly easy to clean. After each use, simply wash the device with warm water and a mild, unscented soap or a dedicated toy cleaner. Because the material is non-porous and hygienic, it won't harbor bacteria if cleaned thoroughly. When using the device with other accessories, such as a cock ring, remember that many variations can be paired with a water-based lubricant to enhance the sliding sensation and reduce friction. Always ensure your skin is healthy and free of any irritation or broken areas before use.

Dimensionally, the sleeve offers a total length of 9.5 inches (24.1 cm) with an interior diameter that stretches to fit most users. The removable extender adds an additional 3.5 inches (8.9 cm) to the tip, providing the extra reach you desire. This combination of stretchable interior space and added external mass makes it a versatile addition to your collection.
